Used 2015 Gibson Custom Shop Hummingbird Ebony with OHSC

Up for sale is this powerful Gibson Custom Shop Hummingbird in the limited Ebony finish! The Gibson Hummingbird is a highly recognizable acoustic guitar, renowned for its unique design. This exceptional instrument is revered by many as one of the finest acoustic guitars ever created.   The look is instantly recognizable, the sound is pure, and the playability is as smooth as, well, a hummingbird.

This is a resonant guitar with its Sitka Spruce top with Mahogany back & sides is a great combination, and the results is a full bodied voice that's balanced across the tonal spectrum.  The Mahogany neck has a very comfortable Rounded neck profile with a nice Rosewood fretboard that sports a 12" radius for easy playing. 

Combining classic features with modern construction techniques, the Hummingbird boasts chrome Grover tuners, double antiqued binding, a traditional truss rod cover, and a bone nut and saddle for optimal performance. And, for when you want to amplify your sound, the guitar is equipped with a premium L.R. Baggs VTC pickup/preamp system.

This guitar was born at the Gibson Custom Shop in Bozeman, MT in 2o15.  It's in good condition with a few scratches but nothing major, and comes with its original hardshell case.   It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop.  For those that want the best of the best, at an affordable price, this Custom Shop Hummingbird is a perfect find!
