 We don't see these very often, but when we do, it's a real treat.  Presenting a unique lap steel, the Asher Dual Tone....a true masterpiece from one of the best.

Established by Bill Asher in 1982, Asher Guitars & Lap Steels has been a renowned Los Angeles-based boutique company for decades now.  With over 35 years of experience and thousands of instruments crafted, Bill is now recognized as a master guitar craftsman by some of the world's most legendary musicians. His clientele includes the likes of Jackson Browne, Ben Harper, Fleetwood Mac, Paul Simon, and the Dixie Chicks. Asher Guitars is devoted to crafting quality instruments and one of the few out there to make anything even remotely like this.

Built in 2005, this Electro Hawaiian Dual tone features a unique body made of resonant Swamp Ash, with two F-holes, topped with a gorgeous Flame Koa top.  Be sure to check out the photos to see the exquisite grain.  It's loaded with Tom Anderson Guitarworks M1 pickups to amplify your playing in a crystal clear manner.  We were blown away how clean and soulful this lap steel sounds.

It's in excellent condition, has been setup to play perfectly, and comes with the original hardshell case.  There aren't many of these out there, especially not as as nice as this one.  For anyone in the market for a high quality, American made lap steel, this is going to be a serious score.
