Pre Owned 2013 Martin DRS1 With OHSC

Up for sale is this road ready acoustic, the Martin DRS1!  Designed for the working musician and priced to not break the bank, it's a great score.  It's a workhouse acoustic-electric with an all solid top, back and sides, boasting durability and most importantly good tone. 

Historically, top of the line Martin guitars have been constructed with spruce tops and rosewood bodies, while more affordable models have used mahogany. However, due to the decline of mahogany, some guitar manufacturers are now utilizing sapele, a durable and aesthetically pleasing wood from Africa. The DRS1 boasts a solid sapele top, back, and sides, with a Stratabond neck made of dyed and laminated white birch for added strength and stability. The headstock is adorned with a thin layer of Indian rosewood, while the fingerboard and bridge are made of black Richlite, a composite material made from recycled paper and resin that closely resembles ebony.

Featuring a Fishman Sonitone system, you get an electronics system that not only gives you great tone but great versatility. Plug into an amp or PA or interface and experience classic Martin acoustic tones anytime.

This is a guitar built for the road and playable anywhere. It's is in good condition with some honest player wear (nothing major) and comes with a hardshell case. This instrument has been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop and is good to go!
