This is an high quality electric 12-string that will give you the chimey sound you want. The Danelectro 59X12 is a semi-hollow body that is resonant and comfortable with its double-cutaway. This is a new take on the classic Danelectro 12-string with a powerful angled P90 pickup and double-stacked lipstick humbucker. This is a totally unique pickup combination especially for a Dano 12-string. The P90 is in the neck position and gives you big full warm tone perfect for rhythm playing, while the humbucker gives you punchy tones in the bridge and the coils can be split to give you the classic lipstick single-coil tone that Danelectros are known for. 

This instrument also features a hardtail bridge for tuning stability, intonation, and sustain.  Danelectro makes great stuff, and noone does an affordable 12-string electric guitar as good as this.  The 59X 12-strings is incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of settings.

This one is in great condition and comes with a gig bag.  It came to us from one of our favorite sources, a collector that gets a variety of guitars in different styles and price points, keeps them for a short period of time, and then parts with them after only a few uses in his home studio.  So, everything is super clean.  This is a great score!
